Design and Build
Most people buy a smartphone based on its looks. After all, we hold our phones in our hands for at least a few hours every day, making design an important factor to consider. However, there’s more to it than that; build quality makes a big difference too. OnePlus smartly chose metal and glass for construction of its Nord 5G phone because it helps create a premium feel that makes you look good when you use it out in public. Performance
Since its inception, OnePlus has always been a company that strives to produce phones at an affordable price point. In its first year of existence, it launched one of the best performing phones on a low budget. For example, some years later, it launched another solid phone at an even lower price. And now with its latest phone, called OnePlus Nord N200 5G, it's aiming to do something similar in 2019. Of course you won't be getting premium features like you would in flagship devices from Samsung or Huawei but then again your wallet will thank you for making that choice.
Camera
OnePlus has kept it simple with its cameras on its recent devices, and that’s still true with its most recent budget release. The OnePlus Nord features a single-lens 13MP camera on its back. While there is no zoom available, OnePlus has included some software tricks to help you take better photos. If you aren’t a fan of these tricks, though, that’s okay because there is an app store from where you can download other options. Don’t expect your photos to be worthy of a magazine cover shoot anytime soon—you won’t be getting any award-winning shots with the Nord—but for everyday use, you should find what you need here.

Software Experience
One of OnePlus’ biggest strengths is its software experience. That remains true for its Nord smartphones, which run OxygenOS 9.0 on top of Android Pie. It’s a clean version of Google’s operating system that has received praise for its performance and design. Because it’s an OxygenOS for everyone model, there are no frills in terms of extra features, but it does offer plenty of customization options and conveniences like an app vault and built-in gesture controls that bring additional value to your device without bogging things down with bloatware or useless apps.
Pros & Cons
If you’re looking for a 5G smartphone that won’t cost you a year’s salary, then look no further than OnePlus. You can pick up its new Nord N200 5G for just $240 and get access to blazing-fast data speeds wherever you go. As with all new technology, however, there are some trade-offs when it comes to performance and functionality.
